The GBA Sports & Cultural Center, known as a top-level venue built by Nenking Group, will host the 2022 CBA All-Star Weekend during March 25 to March 27, according to the official announcement by CBA today. This is also the very first time for Foshan being a host city for the CBA All-Star Weekend. In the meantime, the official says that this event will be featured with rich local cultural characteristics by launching a battle concept as “Southern Lion” VS “Northern Dragon”.
The voting for All-Star starting line-up of the two conferences will kick off on February 10 with the same pattern for fans across the country to vote for whoever they deem worthy for the starting line-up. Meanwhile, CBA will partner with multiple agencies to cast a selection named “My Basketball Teacher”, so as to focus on these grass-root basketball disseminators and more importantly, paying tributes to them as they propel basketball development in China.
Besides, compared with previous games, the 2022 All-Star Weekend will add the Fans Carnival into the schedule, which is a great opportunity for basketball fans to feel more about the event through on-site exhibition zones and interactive games. And of course, all necessary epidemic prevention & control measures will be taken throughout the event.
